Our work process as below:
-1. Confirm your order
– I: Choose your favorite products online, if you require the same products as the website showing.
– II: Inform the on-line consultant what new product you want to modify and sent your sample photos with specifications. We will confirm with the factory regarding about Price and MOQ.
-2. After you confirm the order
1: Placing orders according to your confirmation and pay 30% advanced deposit.
2: Following every order to make sure the production will be completed finished in our expected time and inform every step of the process to you.
3: Clients T/T the rest amount before collecting products.
4: Collecting all the goods in our own warehouse and inspect the goods to make sure orders are according to your requirement, and sending you the inspection report for your confirmation.
5: According to customer’s request, book shipping and arrange shipments. Preparing the export documents concerned and do custom declaration at China customs. Send all the documents including B/L, Co, Packing List, Commercial invoice to you for the Custom clearance of the port of destination.
When we collect goods we will inspect the products photos and give you daily report. If anything change will let you confirm, after that we will ship to you with your confirmation. And we provide quality guarantee.

If it is major or minor deficiency, we will refund accordingly.
There are 3 methods you can place an order with us.
1. For the first time, most of our clients will come to China for choosing their products, our translators will assist them tally all the relevant information(e.g photo, size, color, specification and so on).
We will place the order when everything confirmed ( Price, volume, weight and if can clear customs).
2. Repeat order: If you want to repeat order the same products, just simply send us the products item number, we will arrange it as soon as possible.
3. New orders: After a few time we cooperate together, we will trust each other more than the first time. When we receive the product’s information, we will ask provider make the samples for you. Once everything confirmed, we will place your order.
We offer services for all of customers, no matter big or small.
Our MOQ is depending on providers, if they can provide, we will offer relevant service for you.
